Can I Convert My Documents to Audio?
Wouldn’t it be a whole lot easier if you could listen to all your long boring business documents being readout? A solution that lets us “hear” our documents shouldn’t be too far off. That’s why Xerox offers its Audio Documents App. This app is available for all ConnectKey Technology-enabled machines. This app converts all your hard copy documents into an audio file ready for listening.
Just think of what you can do with this app. You could go over meetings in the blink of an eye by having all the important documents read out loud. This would save precious time that people would spend reading each page.
How Does It Work?
First of all, open up the Audio Documents app and enter your email to sign in. You’ll need to select a source language plus some additional settings. Then, scan the document you want to read through any ConnectKey Technology-enabled MFP. You will receive an MP3 file in your email. Open it up and listen to it.
Xerox Audio Documents app supports English, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, and German. Here’s a video to help you out through the process:

What Types of Documents Can You Scan?
You can scan all types of documents, even those with complex formats. For instance, documents with multiple text columns will be rendered as separate audio clips.
How Do You Get the App?
You can use the app’s trial version first from the Xerox App Gallery and then buy it later. To lease authentic Xerox copiers and MFPs, call Used Copier Center.
