If it is not online then there is no way to do wireless printing. I did a lot of troubleshooting to figure out how to get this to work and I will explain the ways that worked for me. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">The following steps are for a  <\/span><b>Xerox VersaLink C405<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">. This guide won\u2019t work exactly the same for every model of printer, but it should be very similar.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are certain jobs that you need to complete through the copier\u2019s control panel before you are able to go completely wireless. I needed to connect my Wifi network to the copier itself before I could get anything else going.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To find your home Wi-Fi connection follow these steps.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">Press the <\/span><b>Home<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\"> Button<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">Touch <\/span><b>Device <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">> <\/span><b>Connectivity<\/b><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">Turn <\/span><b>Primary Network <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">to Wi-Fi<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">Turn Wi-Fi on<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"tadv-format-panel\">Connect to your home <strong>network<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your Xerox copier has to be connected to the internet in order for it to interact with the Cloud.
